Well we aren’t even sure we were at BDubs. It looked like it, had same menu but that is where the similarities ended. 107.5... The Fan has partnered with BDubs central Indiana and they go around to one each Monday night and do their Colts after show andgive away prizes. We got there about 4:50 and the place was almost empty. Took several minutes before someone came up to us totake our order. BDubs and the Colts have partnered and we were supposed to get a free appetizer but nobody including Mia(thevery rude and nasty) manager knew about the promotion (see picture of promo in the restaraunt) Once that got sorted out we alsoplaced our food order. Service was very slow but guess bartender was only waitress working. Bought a $25 gift card becausethey had a promotion stating $5 bonus on any $25 gift card purchase. Well the catch is they charge a 0.99 cent service fee onall takeout orders now plus charged us 0.09 cents tax on service fee. So our $25 gift card cost us $26.08. By the way none ofthis was disclosed anywhere. See picture. We asked to speak to the manager and Mia came over. We asked about the service feeon a gift card and the tax and we have never spoken to a more rude manager. She basically said too bad that’s how it is. Also asked her why 24, yes that is 24, tv’s had on the local news. Her remark was that the staff want to see what’s goingon in the world while working. Hmm, isn’t this a sports bar for the patrons? Although service was lousy due tounderstaffing, especially on a special promo night we still tipped the waitress very nicely due to how overworked she was. Maybe Mia should be out helping instead of hiding in her office all night. Instead of BDubs giving their usual response tothese reviews it would be nice to see them actually acknowledge the issues at the Zionsville location. Read more

Possibly the worst managed Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. Visited today and was told the bar was not open when there... was at least 10 people sitting at the bar. It is always something with this location. Last time the bar was open, I attempted toorder a cocktail and was told they were only doing beer. I asked if they lost their liquor license, but apparently it was justtoo much of a burden to make a cocktail to serve liquor. On a separate occasion, we were yelled at by an employee for sitting ina certain seat at the bar. Don’t go here. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever tried to eat/drink at. We stopped in for a late lunch. They were low on help, with one cook and one waitress. You couldn't tell it, the food was GREAT... and the service was GREAT. We were impressed. It was a very nice dining experience. We'll be back. Read more

Rude staff, felt unwelcome immediately upon walking in. Staff just gave us dirty looks and pointed at us as we stood patiently... by the door waiting to be sat. Food took an hour to come out with less than 4 other tables eating in the entire restaurant.Waitress was borderline incompetent and did her best to ignore our table whenever possible, not to mention rude as can be. Ifyou hate your job that much, maybe get out of the SERVICE INDUSTRY. 0 stars if i could. Won't be back ???????? Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Orders are rarely accurate, even something as simple as wanting ranch vs blue cheese. If... you’re planning to pick up, arrive 20-30 minutes after the suggested pickup time and maybe it’ll be ready, but probably not.It’s a shame because I love the wings, but service is a 0/10 Read more

First, the service, or lack of, was appalling. Second, the menu is not consistent with takeout versus dining in. They charge... more for food if you dine in than if you were to order out. That makes zero sense, especially since all of the other locationsoffer the same deals, discounts, and food bundles consistently between takeout and dine in. Third, besides the fries, the foodwas subpar. Half of the wings barely had any sauce and their ranch tasted funny. I do not know if it is due to expired ranch, orif they cheap out on it, either way, it was not good. Fourth, the staff was rude. Slamming objects on our table and givingattitude after just asking a question about the menu. It was almost as if they just didn’t care about our table after that andjust stopped serving us (the manager ended up giving us our food, refills, and silverware AFTER I asked to speak withher) Overall, this location needs some serious overhaul. Disappointing unfortunately. I eat Bdubs a lot and have never posted a review for an experience I’ve had. Unfortunately, I had... to for this order. Order was 20 Honey BBQ boneless wings. Not only did I not receive 20, I don’t even know if I got sauce onmost of them. To make matters a little worse, they didn’t have take out utensils available. Read more

I was so excited to eat my wings and took a bite and immediately felt like rubber in my mouth and as you can see is barely... cooked it supposed to be crispy and here they are! When I call the to let them know what’s going on someone’s put themanager on the phone and he said to me that I need to bring them back with an attitude, is this supposed to be my fault? Ihave a 10 month old baby sick sleeping and he said if you want me to do something about it you have to bring the wings today soI can look at them. The worst customer service ever.
