Worst experience. Waited in line 30 min. Ita a hot day I get it. Asked for the triple chocolate brownie. Get to the window and... get handed a blizzard. Then when I tried to explain that wasn't what I ordered the girl acted like I was speaking a foreignlanguage like she had no clue what I was ordering. Had to show her the menu on my phone. The Ice-cream taste is OK but pricey, most of the time the ice cream starts melting as soon as you buy it and it starts dripping... making a mess! (I hope you can better maintain your machines and raise the temperature!) I'm not sure why there are so many un-favorable reviews, I guess One had to be there... Anyway, my gf and I decided to try DQ,... and the young lady behind the counter with the nose ring was quite a charm. She not only smiled the whole time we kept changingour orders, in the end, our food was hot and we got exactly what we ordered. When she brought it to the table, she still had herglowing smile, and AGAIN allowed us to change our order! (and the onion rings were to die for!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Read more
