I'm not sure why there are so many un-favorable reviews, I guess One had to be there... Anyway, my gf and I decided to try DQ,... and the young lady behind the counter with the nose ring was quite a charm. She not only smiled the whole time we kept changingour orders, in the end, our food was hot and we got exactly what we ordered. When she brought it to the table, she still had herglowing smile, and AGAIN allowed us to change our order! (and the onion rings were to die for!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Read more

Worst experience. Waited in line 30 min. Ita a hot day I get it. Asked for the triple chocolate brownie. Get to the window and... get handed a blizzard. Then when I tried to explain that wasn't what I ordered the girl acted like I was speaking a foreignlanguage like she had no clue what I was ordering. Had to show her the menu on my phone. Then she leaves and comes back to thewindow. " we're out of brownie". Was so frustrated I left. Disappointed. Read more

The Ice-cream taste is OK but pricey, most of the time the ice cream starts melting as soon as you buy it and it starts dripping... making a mess! (I hope you can better maintain your machines and raise the temperature!) The second problem with this locationis the drive-through location design which is very inconvenient and creates a confusing 2 lines! Read more

Can?t beat a Dairy Queen sundae. Oh so good. This particular store is generally busy but well kept. Staff is always polite and... helpful. Read more

Not sure why the young lady at the counter glared at me and wouldn't smile or acknowledge my gratitude. Maybe the owner or... manager can figure it out because I could have easily chosen another DQ. Monday afternoon around +/- 3:33pm. Read more

I think they are in a slump right now. I used to be able to go on my 30 minute lunch break and get back with plenty of time to... eat. Now if I go there I will be back late from lunch. Kristy was the best! I'm not sure if she still there. Read more

So we have a DQ by our house and we won't go there because of the terrible service we get every time we go. So we haven't been... to DQ in a while. So we decided to go to the one in Zionsville and it was just as bad. I forgot to take a picture of our orderbecause I wasn't gonna do a review. So soon as we come in it's not clean. The employees were not in proper uniforms. One of theemployees pants were sagging which is not appropriate for work, regardless what type of business it is. The white couple infront of us got their Blizzards overflowing from their cups. The lady got a Carmel Cheesecake Blizzard so I ordered the samebecause it looked good. The woman who took my order, didn't have on a uniform, I told her 4 times what I wanted and she stillgot it wrong nor was it filled and she didn't turn it upside down like she did theirs. My wife ordered a 5 piece chicken stripbasket and they forgot a strip. The soda fountains wasn't dispensing soda just water on several of the sodas. It didn't takethem long to get our order which was awesome considering we came around 8pm and they had a long line in the drive thru. So Iapplaud them for that. I just hope they can get all this taken care of so I can come back. I love me some DQ but if it's goingto be like this, I won't be returning. Read more

Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had tonight. ZERO stars. Immediately upon entering the restaurant, there is a... incredibly strong natural gas smell. I should have left at this point. Ordered a chicken stip basket with drink. Food came 5minutes later. Had to go back for a fork. Food was not hot at all, but not terrible. Decided then to get an ice cream. I go backto the counter and order a Banana split. As I begin watching the employee beginning to make it, training a new girl on how, Idiscover neither of them have gloves on. The girl drops a pineapple on the counter, picks up and tosses on my Banana split. AsI watch in horror, the guy slices a half a banana- laying on the dirty counter top, again BARE HANDS and then I exclaimed.Excuse me, shouldn't you both be wearing gloves. The guy apologized and advised he would re make it. They washed up and glovedat that point. 2 other workers did have gloves on. No manager in sight. I am beyond disgusted at everything about thisexperience and want to warn others. This is a 1000% UNACCEPTABLE. I will never be back. Read more
