McDonald has gone downhill anytime you have to order anything after 8:00 p.m. is only microwave and then they have a selective... order on the food choices you can get so don't go after 8:00 p.m. they mess up your order fries are being made 2 hours and coldand hard and burgers and fish is just placed in the microwave and reheat it up poor service and then they mess up in the daytimeon your order you have to stay in the line and check your bag before you pull off cuz you love to get somebody else's order. The app is so quick and easy to order from, I just click my recent order and check out with the saved debit. The rewards are... very generous for free items with points. I love Curbside because it is much quicker than drive thru, I avoid everyone's nastyexhaust fumes, and bad manners. The employees have always been very friendly at Curbside, not so much at the 1st drive thruwindow. Read more
Congratulations McDonald's you have made my Top 10 in not going to this McDonald's ever again. I ordered a double cheese, large... french fries, large Diet, and a med. Vanilla shake. At the window I got my drinks, my large french fries but didn't receive mydouble cheeseburger. So this place is off my list for good. Congratulations for screwing up my order. By the way the guy at thewindow passing out the food needs to say thank you. Oh, I get it this restaurant is too good for people to thank. For the past three weeks in a row this specific location has showed no considerate customer service! I think to frequent this... location since I work close by however the woman in the second window is incredibly rude and ruins the entire experience. Today,I asked for sauce for the 20 piece nugget that I just paid for she said that they were in my bags and they were not.. I offeredfor her to check she said no and shut the window in my face. So, I waited. When she finally opened the window back up a good twominutes later she said ?oh my God? loud enough for me and my passengers to hear and handed me one barbecue sauce for my 20 piecenugget. I waved trying to get someone else?s attention but was met with an eye roll from another employee. Both of which refusedto give me their names! And that?s just today ???? 0/10 when it comes to customer service! Another customer even shouted outtheir window from behind me in drive through saying this same women has given her an issue recently as well. I?ll change mypreferences on location now for sure.
