Just had to teach the lady at the front window that value meals come with fries. This was after she handed me the wrong order... and I gave it back. She was mad about it and cursed at me under her breath as she went to get our fries. Before you ask, no Iwasn?t rude. I was very nice and calm. Then she felt inclined to let me know that it?s not her fault, it?s her computer system.I didn?t know that the computer system dictated the employees? attitude toward customers. You may think this is a good McDonaldsbecause it?s in a nice area, but it?s not. Every single time I go they mess up the order. This woman tonight was the absoluteworst, though. Would not recommend. Very similar experience to others reviewing here recently. An incredibly rude, incompetent and borderline bullying drive thru... attendant. My 4 year old had to witness me literally get yelled at while placing my order, and then some disturbing clappingwhile paying. She was clearly trying to provoke me. I only stayed in line to complain to the manager, and logged a complainton the corporate website. I certainly won?t be going back to this location for fear of future harassment. Read more
It's been my second time that the store is closed before its posted closing hour. Despite the store being unattended (or at... least no employee inside wanted to use their valuable paid time to answer the call) The mobile app still takes orders just tojeopardize my time and money. There's definitely something wrong with the management here. I strongly discourage anyone fromcoming here after 9pm b/c it will very probably be a waste of your time. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. One word. HORRIFYING. The new-ish chic in the drive-through in the mornings is INCREDIBLY... rude, disrespectful, and has zero clue how to talk to other humans. She forgets your order then rolls her eyes when SHE repeatsit back incorrectly. This morning, I had to tell her three times at the window what my order was because she was doing somethingelse when I was speaking to her and she kept getting it wrong. She purposefully made me sit there and wait after she ran mycard, as she left the window for almost three minutes and finally came back and gave me my card. I grabbed it from her, shestuck half her body out the window, clapped loudly four times and YELLED ?aren?t YOU special!!!? NO. WAY. NEVER. AGAIN. No timeto wait for a manager so I tried to call. Fast busy all day and as of an hour ago and the doors are locked. My business would beunreachable too if I employed horrid people. How this particular McDonalds is still open blow my mind. I would not recommend this McDonald's. I recently broke down in the parking lot and was stuck there for about 5 hours. During... this time I witnessed all 3 employees higher than a kite. Than they closed down by 8pm even though the hours are untill 11pm,went to their car for about an hour, got even more high on drugs, went back in and were inside for about 2 hours with the lightsoff, lord only knows what they were doing inside and if they were tampering with the food in any way, then proceeded back to thecar to get high again. I find this absolutely unprofessional and a risk to the public. Read more
They're short staffed, but they'll take your order, and your money. I don't want to hold the line up, but I should have checked... my order. Always check before you pull ahead. I tried to call to report I was missing 2 items, before realizing my doublequarter was a single, drowning in mayonnaise, but the phone number connects to a fax machine so you can't complain. I went backthrough the line to be told I have to bring the food back with me, but as a special favor they'd make it again. They STILLforgot a sandwich. The guy said he's a general manager and has been working from 4am until 11. That's terrible. It's even worsethat they're running this location so poorly when it seems they should just close. I'd rather go somewhere else than spend myday hoping to get what I paid for. Read more
I came here because I had a coupon for a free large sandwich that has been sitting in my wallet since December of 2019.... Honestly, I haven't had McDonalds in probably 10 years just because we're pretty good at planning and budgeting our meals aheadof time and eating healthy. But hey, every now and then it's okay to cheat a little. I ordered a double quarter pounder withcheese since it was the biggest sandwich they have. Come to find out, it's really not that big. It did however taste like theMcDonald's I remembered. Meat is pretty dry and nearly unseasoned, it's sloppily put together as if they were throwingingredients from a distance, and I could probably make a burger myself that not only tastes better but looks better and ischeaper.
