I was told because I didn?t get my smoothie remade the same day it wasn?t possible to get it remade. The manager told me this... was the policy. Even though I had my receipt and product. Sad service. Got there 15 minutes before they closed and ordered 2 chocolate peanut butter spinach smoothies. They came out lime green. We... order them all the time and they are always chocolate flavored and never green. The employee argued with us, stating the spinachALWAYS hides the chocolate. Not true. Sent the smoothies back and drove away without a replacement because we were warned they?djust be green again and the chocolate flavor would be covered by the spinach. Poor customer service. Closed the store a few minutes early than the advertised time. I get it?s the end of the shift but was... just ordering 1 simple shake, didn?t bother to talk to me on the drive thru intercom nor outside when a worker was throwing outtrash, with a headset on, and looked right at me. Drove around to go inside with the ?open? sign on, as I pulled in and parked(still right before closing time) they turned off the ?open? sign. Clearly avoiding me. I like smoothie King, it is a better sub and helps distracr me from snacking on sugar a.k.a something unhealthy. This is a good... alternative, my husband and I like $5 Friday all drinks are $5. The service is ok, but the smoothies are worth the money, I lovethe Westfield location they are consistent with how they make my smoothie . Read more
It's OK overall. A little quiet and the workers don't have a great deal of personality or the menu down yet.
I recommended my parents about smoothie king since I really loved the service and smoothies but unfortunately something... disgusting happened today. My parents tried to order walking in and the door was closed which is fine, they proceed to drive andorder by the drive-thru but no one was answering. he called me explaining me that he saw workers inside hiding and laughing atthem, ignoring their orders. My parents put me on speaker and as soon as I spoke, a girl named Michelle replied, I asked whatwas going on and it went quiet, after that, I asked for the manager and she told me, there was no manager at the store. Since myparents don't speak english very well, I decided to call the store with no answer whatsoever. I am disgusted by the behaviorshowed by Michelle at the 8pm shift with another guy who I couldn't get the name. I am disgusted by the RACISM showed today atthis facility and I am NOT supporting this store anymore. Read more
