This Casey's helped us out a lot in a tough situation! My young son got carsick on a road trip from the Twin Cities to Iowa and... threw up all over the car just outside of Zumbrota. The station gave me some cleanup supplies to tidy up my car, and the niceattendant gave my other child (traumatized by vomit all over the car) a little treat to calm her down. The staff was generallypleasant with us. We eventually made it to Iowa and my son felt much better. Thank goodness for these folks and theirkindness! Read more
I went to Casey's for cigarette and was told that their machine for check out was not working, that I had to use cash only, I... don't carry cash with me, than this black woman the cook came out and started an argument with me, this is the 2nd time, Iwant to report her, she lied about me being with my grand children, I have not seen my children or grandchildren in 8 years. Pizza was ordered at this location, and we waited at the other location in town. Nobody greeted us. And when she acknowledged,... she was passive aggressive about speaking up or we?d stand there all day. Pizza order was wrong, but we didn?t realize until wewere home. Read more
The pizza was delicious! The kitchen crew were helpful, the manager went above and beyond to assist in making right a common... mistake that is apparently made frequently. However, the cashier had a chip on her shoulder after I questioned her for beingovercharged for the items I was buying. She corrected it at the managers delegation, slammed the cash register drawer and justlooked at me. I said, "thank you, have a great day." She said nothing. I think she needs a hug. Read more
This location used to be just fine. In the last month or two it has dive bombed. My family has now had absurdly long waits... and pizza orders messed up. They are understaffed with terrible directionless management and apparently have an owner who couldnot care less. It is so bad there i have actually seen the staff have to turn away cash business because the manager forgot orneglected to go to the bank for change. I'm sure nothing will change: the management and owners move up no matter how hard orbad they screw the little guy but damn I've gotten sick of this theme since this COVID BS started. Read more
Was quoted 45 mins. Called after 65 minutes and Pizza hadn't even left the store. Refused to give us a discount. Pizza finally... arrived at 1 hour 15 minutes when they are 6 blocks away. Read more
The larger of the two Casey's in town. Always has some hot food ready and are very quick to make their famous pizza for take... out. They also offer some limited in town delivery hours in the evening, which is handy. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Read more
Late late late. Given wrong pickup time . Is the worst place you can see. Made me waiting more then 30 minutes. What I can say... about Casher 0 skills customer service ( Tymikm). Please don?t go to this worst place. Read more
