Everything you want in a small town diner! Fresh, consistent food with an inviting atmosphere. Friday fish fry of cod or walleye... with salad bar. Staff is careful about Covid precautions, giving gloves for salad bar. Good prices and good amount of food. Read more
This is a nice Cozy Cafe with a great salad bar ample seating for large crowds Plus a large counter space if you feel you would... rather be alone. This is also a local Oddity called Obama's pie shop where as a candidate President Obama's stop by and bought awhole pie. I had a large slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream and my friend had peach pie with ice cream. Very popular withthe local crowd. Read more
We were in town for a concert at the Carnagie. Went for the fish fry. A small town diner at its best. Our server was friendly,... fast and very funny. Food was spot on. Comfort food rules the day here. And don't forget the pie. Booths, tables and a counterwith stools near the kitchen. Priced right with a real sense of community flowing within.
