TERRIBLE service! If you're craving Subway, travel 6 miles south to Pine Island or 15 minutes north to Cannon Falls. They are... just plain AWFUL! If I could give zero stars, I would. I?m this age of CoVid I hesitate to compline about any front line service workers. That said, my experience at the Zumbrota... location was terrible so here I am. The young man who made my sandwich did not wash his hands before putting gloves on, and Ihad to be the one to say something even with three other employees watching. When he did wash his hands there were no papertowels in the machine to dry with, which I have to assume had been out for awhile. Is any hand washing happening here? I alsowitnessed another employee put gloves on without hand washing, so it seems it?s standard practice here. My sandwich was notmade with care as so many other locations do, ingredients were throw together in a very haphazard way. As a side note thecounters and floors seemed dingy and dirty. This is the worst subway I?ve ever visited. They have headphones in one ear, they don?t make eye contact or speak to the guests.... I finally started ordering and all he said was ?cheese?? And pushed the sandwich down the line. Next person doesn?t say ?whatkind of toppings would you like?? Just stared at me. I told him what toppings I wanted and asked for Parmesan cheese on top. Hesaid ?we don?t have that.? My daughter went next and asked for Parmesan and he grabbed it and put it on her sandwich. I wouldnever stop here again. Awful. Read more
Some of the worst service I ever had, took them 10 mins to make me a sandwich while 3 of the employees were just talking while... the entire place was a complete mess. When I paid to leave I throwed away the receipt and the garbage can next to the window wascompletely full with some sort of sauce on the rim of it, never seen such a store poorly managed. Service was awful. Lady was not a friendly person told her what we wanted on our sub she put 3 pickles on my sub a pinch of... lettuce and one line of mustard asked for more she ignored my request. You dont get much for $10 here anymore. Not sure if thisis happening at all the subways. Read more
This is nasty this girl was touching and handling all the food went and pushed down the garbage. She continued to touch... everyones food and never washed her hands. Personally i though it was disgusting. One they improve on there hygiene I might goback but untill that happens I am gonna take mt busness else where. I hope this helped Read more
