The food was excellent. We enjoyed the wine sampler, a flight of 4 wines. Our favourites were the Musuko and the Ruck Sack. The... grounds are immaculate. We enjoyed the salt water pool during the day and walking around the grounds in the evening. The roomwas a bit dated, but was one of cleanest rooms I?ve ever stayed in. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back andrecommend this place to anyone looking for delicious meal, tasty wine, or an overnight to recharge your batteries. Read more

We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was perfect. Kelsi and the other staff we came into contact with during this... whole process were amazing. Kelsi was easy to get into contact with and was always able to answer my questions. The wedding daywent smoothly and I had no worries because everything was always done or Kelsi got it done. Absolutely perfect place for a wedding. My daughter hosted her wedding at Hessenland yesterday. The staff were exceptional, so... accommodating and friendly. They were able to accommodate a bouncy castle and lawn games and the grounds and coach house arejust gorgeous. The food was amazing and glasses of champagne as the guests left the ceremony area were a lovely touch. All ofour guests commented about what a beautiful place it was to have a wedding. We stayed on site and had the rehearsal dinner andmorning after breakfast at the venue and it was exceptional and lovely in the dining room in the inn. The rooms are lovely andclean and Hessenland provided a beautiful sunlight suite for the girls to do hair and make up complete with a table and fridgefor breakfast and lunch items. Set up and take down was so easy and the staff were so helpful. Kelsi is a wonderful weddingcoordinator. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We just finished a 4 day quilting retreat at Hessenland. It was the best retreat ever! The food was gourmet at every meal. The... room had lots of light and ample space, and electricity. We used Hessenland as our wedding venue this August. When I say everything went smooth as can be, I mean everything. Marie was... amazing at helping us plan and coordinate our special day, we did a pretty simple wedding but it turned our beautiful and therewas not a single issue with the wedding day. The food was amazing, the drinks were plenty and the venue is breath taking! Ihighly recommend choosing hessenland for your wedding.
