Waited in the drive through for nearly 45 minutes. Only 4 cars were ahead of me when I started waiting. I figured it was only... one person working, it happens sometimes and I have pitty on the poor 20 somethings that tackle 3rd shift alone. Nope! 3-4people inside laughing away. Didn't even look at me when they finally took my card and gave me my food. Manager or something wasactively yelling at the guy I was interacting with, while I was there. Incredibly unprofessional. I hadn't had one of the wonderful little Mexican pizzas since they brought it back. That used to be my favorite. So I had one... today it was the best! Drive-thru is always a mess, if this location decides it's serving anyone. Expect at least a half hour wait if you go through... drive-thru. If you decide to dine in, there's a 50% chance you'll be told the dining area is closed after waiting a bit toorder. This can occur any time this location is allegedly "open". This has been a pattern of behavior that has gotten worseover the past few years. At this point, it appears this location has given up on being a functional store. They should make itofficial and just close all ready. In either event, I'm done giving this location chances. There's another Taco Bell onHilliard Rome Rd that acts like it wants customers, I would recommend going there instead. Read more
