Was at the drive through and the lady said it was the way I asked for it which is... wasn't and then proceeded to say she doesn't want to see me here again. Really? Ordered and paid through the Dunkin app. The staff at the restaurant wouldn't even speak with me or look at me. Repeatedly... asked for them to at least look at the receipt i had for the order. . Told me to call Dunkin for a refund. Too bad no starsisn't an option. Read more
They leave their order ahead walk-in option on, but lock the doors. Either abandon your order or stay 20 minutes in the drive... thru line to get it. Read more
I would love to know why they post hours if they're just going to close whenever they want and ignore people in the drive thru a... half hour before the place is posted to close. Ridiculous! Cannot run a business with just children working there. Read more
I stopped going to this DD years ago. They never seemed to have their act together. But today, I didn't have time for breakfast... and they are right up the street from my job, so I went there. I ordered two donuts , a wrap with bacon and an iced decafcaramel swirl latte with almond milk. My coffee came up first, then my wrap but I had to ask about my donuts. I got the donutsand got in to the car only to realize that I was given an iced coffe with caramel. I went back in to let them know that Iordered a latte not an iced coffee. The woman asked me if I wanted one pump of caramel or the regular 2 pumps. Can't imagine whyshe would ask me. Anyway, I got my drink and went back to work. My drink doesn't taste anything like my usual DD iced caramellattes. My breakfast wrap was thrown together and tasted like it was ccoked on a charcoal grill. Just really disappointed allaround. P.S. There were no napkins in the one dispenser they had and no tall straws only a handful of regular sized straws.They didn't put any napkins in the bags either Read more
Hi, this is the absolute worst Dunkin to go to. The doors are locked at all times of the day even with a large amount of staff... inside. I walked into the Dunkin and a woman appearing to be management, was standing at the counter and told me someone elsewould help me as she was busy (very rudely). I stood and waiting for awhile and eventually I received some help. Today, the samewoman with multiple skull tattoos was decorating the facility. One person on drive through and 2 other workers on the sandwichstation, the same woman with the tattoos told me that someone else could help me and started yelling for a worker while she wasjust leisurely doing decorations. It took a couple minutes as well for this. But she is very rude about anything she says andalways makes someone else do her job. Don't come here, wait time takes forever too. Read more
I waited over a half an hour for 2 cold drinks. Watched several people come and go with more complex orders. All staff moved as... if in slow-mo on a Sunday am. I asked at the counter where my drinks were but they just looked confused. They asked what myorder was and I gave it to them again. Waited another 15 minutes. Nothing ....they said the sticker machine got stuck. I askedfor my money back but nope no one could figure it out. Late for a meeting (yes I work on Sunday) I had to leave. 45 minutes goneby and $10 lighter I left. ???? only to have a rude customer make a snide comment, to have a nice day. This has to be the most poorly run Dunks in Massachusetts. They are chronically understaffed compared to other locations, so... even a trip through the drive thru for a coffee routinely takes 20 minutes or more, sometimes in the middle of the day. I try toavoid this location as it?s usually faster to drive to another location than wait here. Read more
