FAIROUZ

“A Middle Eastern Oasis in Ottawa’s Somerset Village”.

Opened in 2016, by Dr. Hussain Rahal and Tony Garcia in a heritage mansion in the capital’s Somerset Village, Fairouz is an upscale-casual restaurant featuring modern Middle Eastern cuisine finely crafted by Executive Chef Walid El-Tawel. The ingredients are locally sourced and always fresh. Full menu here.

CHICKPEAS

Chickpeas is Ottawa’s first falafel and hummus eatery that uses purely 100% organic chickpeas. Their hummus is the best hummus we’ve had in a long time, hands down! If you’re looking for healthy, delicious, and convenient service, Chickpeas is the place to go. Full menu here.

LES GRILLADES

At Les Grillades, you will have so many menu options, you’ll probably want to keep coming back! Their tabouli and breaded shrimp are both incredible! If you want a light plate that’s healthy, we definitely recommend ordering the grilled shish taouk which is seasoned grilled chicken. Do not leave without trying their baklawa, which is a traditional Lebanese pastry. You’re welcome! Full menu here.
