I give two stars over one star because I can tell the workers are trying their best. I think management is the issue in this... establishment. they forgot to give me a straw which I don?t understand how you can forget if all I ordered was a drink. myfriend next to me ordered food and they gave her everything but her doughnut. this has also happened multiple times where theyforget to give certain food items. when I am paying 349 for hashbrowns I would like to get my hashbrowns. Ended up having to leave without my mobile order. People in line were waiting 40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. I ended up... leaving without my iced coffee that I paid for on the app, and it made me late for work. Read more

Usually a good experience, stopped today to get some donuts, no donuts, How does a Dunkin open without donuts? I get it ,... there was a snow storm yesterday but, how do you open? I ordered coffee and when I got to the window, they were just brewing it.Instead of letting the whole pot brew, they just filled my two cups. Of coarse, they tasted bad. It was 11am on a Sundaymorning,no donuts,bad coffee. Not a good day, I gave 3 stars because I?ve gone there before and it?s been good. Read more
They were all out of munchkins and oat milk and gingerbread swirl ????????. I was excited for my drink placed on mobile order... but they were out of everything by 4pm -.- . The staff was friendly and apologetic though. I got an almond milk latte instead &it was delish???? Read more
