New Owners!!! It is great that his location is now open again with NEW OWNERS. The Mr. Jim ?s Supreme Pizza is the best in... Granbury. Their new staff is very helpful and courteous. Personal note: In the past I was not a pizza lover and could go allyear not eating pizza. This was changed when I tried Mr. Jim?s Pizza. The bake, sauce, crust and ingredients make for anawesome pizza. I now will be having pizza for dinner at least twice a month. I have become a Mr. Jim?s Pizza lover. Read more

We ordered online last week and went to pick it up. Half of our order was missing (we assumed it was all there as it was bagged... up and we grabbed it and left) salad, dressing, sauces and drinks were all missing) We called to let them know and had to goback to pick the rest up. When we called the ?gentleman? we spoke to was aloof at best. When my husband got there to pick up therest of our order, the ?young lady? wasn?t even aware that they had the root beer that we had ordered, and then ?found?it. There?s was no pride in their work, and I?m sorry to say we were quite disappointed. It?s a shame too, because if the pizzahad not been cold, it was really quite good. I have ordered from this establishment multiple times this week (I love their salads) All three separate orders were missing... items. I did not call the first two times but this third time my salad was missing several major components. When I called Ispoke with an employee who stated they were the manager and their last name was Aguilar. When I mentioned my order was wrong hestated they go by the chart in the back, I was like ok but that doesn't explain why I am missing 5 items from my salad. Heproceeded to get very rude and unprofessional with me and stated that maybe if I didn't send my child (13 year old) into thestore that I could have them check my order and then told me we are closing. I will be contacting the franchise and attempt tocontact the owner... very disappointed with their lack of customer service. Read more
We ordered from here for the first time (this store) and my husband went to pick it up. The cinnamon deserts weren?t all the way... done they had dough all in the middle and I spit it out, it was so gross. The pizza didn?t taste as good as the other store wewent to. I called about the desert they apologized and said they would give me a free one next time but I don?t want to go hereagain. Read more
Great pizza and Jim Stix just like my memories of about 5 years ago when we lived close to a Mr. Jim's in another town. I made... a mistake when ordering online and we failed to hook up at the designated delivery location. I explained to them and they weremost understanding and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Doing the right thing and putting yourself in thecustomer's shoes is always a recipe for success. Mr. Jim's in Acton definitely provides great food and is very customer serviceoriented as well. Not only is their pizza the best but their customer service is even better !! Always super nice and very fast! We just ordered... delivery because my boyfriend is having back problems and I just had a bad day all around and they gave us a free cookie cakeand it absolutely made our day!!
