I watched assistant manager completely ignore line of customers. Then dismiss valid complaint by leaving customer chanting ?I... have my own work to worry about? zero customer service feel bad for the young kids working and trying their best. Honestly dunkin isn?t my favorite coffee shop not only because of how their coffee tastes, but also due to their inconsistency.... It appears you have very incompetent employees. Today September 22 I was in the drive thru. I ordered a medium coffee one sugar... one cream. When i got home what I was given was a medium coffee with 3 vanilla shots and 6 milk!!! It was disgusting. WHATTHE... IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS. Please instruct the young lady at the drive thru just what a Boston cream donut looks like. Itis not a chocolate covered donut with a hole in the center and no cream. This is the same young lady that last week I was handedmy coffee with the cover not properly attached. The cover fell off and hot coffee was all over my hand. NEED SOME TRANING !!!This is not rocket science, it is a donut shop. Must have missed two years of school due to the pandemic. Read more

Horrible service. The drive through buz cut chick was nasty, was swearing in front of me, handed me food without looking at me... like I?m not there, no thank you no smile. They have 10 people working but 9 of them are all on drive thru only. Took me almost 20 minutes to buy 2 donuts this morning,... and it would have been longer if I didn't get someone's attention from the back to just grab me the donuts. The single personworking the front counter should have help because she takes orders, makes coffees for the counter customers and does the onlineorders too. Put one more person in the front and it'll be so much better. Read more
Honestly the quality is great if you don?t like it they will remake it, and their customer service makes sense because it... respects their business while giving pleasure to its customers by only refunding for the day and you need to bring your drinkback so they can get you another one, I go there like 4 times a week and the food, drink, and service is satisfactory but thegirl manager with ?Dora the Explorer? hair does not treat her workers fairly and professionally, she does not use positive letalone neutral words when her workers (except for the favorite ones) do not exactly meet the standard, instead she uses harshwords that discourages her workers and makes them more panicked than they should be (the guy assistant manager is okay btw, andacts how a manager is supposed to be, but I don?t really hear from him everyday, just once a week). Food is always either luke warm or at times cold. Never have i ordered a sandwich and got it nice and hot. It is rare at any... Dunkin. Atleast the service and the coffee is on point. Read more
