The atmosphere at this place was continuously noisy and unsettling. The issue was with one employee especially. She could not... stop running her mouth the entire time I was here, talking about things and using language that were completely unprofessional,even dropping one F-bomb and putting her finger inside her mouth to pick out food. It's amazing how the actions of one employeecan completely change the dynamics of a restaurant. Another issue that seems to be a frequent occurrence at many McDonaldsrestaurants is running the air conditioning so high that it dries out your eyes. Read more

Food is ok if you like McDonald?s food. We go for the frappes and lattes mostly. In the afternoons and evenings the crew rarely... gets our coffee order right, they aren?t very friendly or helpful, and half the time they?re cleaning the espresso machine orfrappe machine and you don?t get your order at all. The morning crew is great and friendly, usually no problems at that time ofday with our orders. Read more
Everyone here is so friendly! I use my app to get coffee and it is quick and fast. I love their Carmel iced coffee! If you... haven't tried it, download their app and get it for 99cents! You can't beat it. I especially love that no matter how early orlate everyone is very friendly! This is my favorite McDonald's location! I love Alma and this place is one of the many reasons!! This locations decor was very unique and comforting. Food was fast and fresh.Only thing that topped this stores decor and food... was it's service. Paula and all the others ( sorry did not get their names) were true five star top of the line serviceproviders. Store was a prize winning example of fast food excellence and creativity. Food is usually fresh when we go. Occasionally cold fries. The workers are not very friendly and seem miserable. When in the... drive thru when ordering the person says "what else", that just seems rude. I worked at restaurants when I was younger and wastaught to speak to people respectfully...... Just went here again and my drink was not filled all the way. It was for my sonthat doesn't need too much soda so I didn't complain. But if it was mine I would have asked for more. Read more
Sometimes your order is correct sometimes not. And they have a few employees who don?t know how to put coupon codes in. Half of... the can?t even count. Made another visit. Lied to me and said I had to wait 15 minutes to redeem a reward after using a deal.Went in today and done it on a kiosk just fine. Read more
