Got there 30 minutes before closing and the female employee ignored me and the others at the window/intercom. If you're open... until 10pm, be open until 10pm. You are misleading customers and having them waste their gas and time to drive to adysfunctional McDonald's. Shameful, your franchise license should be revoked. Read more

Where to begin well the manager and general manager at this location are a joke!! They act like they are in high school!... Slamming the drive thru window just because I refuse to park and wait for a couple happy meals like really?! Also yelling andscreaming through the drive through window with my 2 year old son right there while I?m on the phone with corporate about thisbehavior. I decided not to take the happy meals because of risk that they may have spit in the food or done something to thedrinks! Worst McDonalds ever!!! Would not recommend. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got there at 9:20p one guy tried to warn us off that they waited in line for 30 minutes for cold food waiting... out the clock? Only wanted ice cream cones so decided to stick it out. Truck in front of us gets to intercom now it's 9:56 andno one is answering. Pulls up to window and they don't answer. As we left after wasting or time there was 4 employees sittingin dining area while supervisor let one of the employees out to go home. Hours say open until 10p. Waste of mine and 6 otherpeoples time. I've even back in Alpine for 2 yrs and 3 months and our Mc Donald's is consistently horrible. I try it again about once every 6... months and everytime it is horrible. The Big Macs make my stomach hurt. The fish sandwich is dry. I ask for my order to be madefresh and funny when I get to the window my order is ready. When I say I wanted my order to be fresh she says all orders arefresh. I live 4 mins away and when I open the sandwich it is cold and the cheese is not melted. I hate being lied to. If I could give this place 0 stars I would of. I got to this place with my two kids early at 11am and ask for a breakfast meal... and didn't wanted to help me they give me a bad attitude only wanted to sell me lunch when it wasn't even lunch time yet. I askfor the managers name he didn't wanted to give me his full name just told be to put Abdul it was a middle eastern man with theworst customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. Just got home from going thrive thru at this location, my order is completely wrong my hot CHOCOLATE doesn?t even have... chocolate, our happy meal is not complete they forgot my sons apples, my husband order is completely wrong. We waited in linefor a while and as we were waiting by the window we see the staff nonchalant eating, laughing, joking which is fine but have thedecency to make the order right since you have so much time on your hands. Wouldn't let me put 0 stars but they dont even deserve one. There extremely slow and the new GM is horrible. New management is... disappointing and has terrible customer service. Bring back Abdul this new owner is trash. Would NOT recommend. Read more
