This is usually my go to Starbucks. Everyone is always friendly, the service is prompt and the drinks taste great. Today we... ordered our usual, 2 caramel ribbon crunch fraps with a pump of toffee nut. One was decaf and the other was regular. The baristafilled the bottom of both of our cups with whip cream & caramel and then poured our coffee drinks in and added the top layer ofwhip cream and caramel. I don't recall there being a bottom layer of whip cream in any of my past fraps, but not only did ourdrink look different, they also tasted differently due to this. Is this so that we don't get as much coffee in it as before? Read more
Every time I go over there the employees are very nice
This review is solely based on management's inability to schedule more than one person on staff at a time. The last 3 times I... have tried to visit this location, there is one worker behind the counter trying to keep up, while customers wait 20+ minutesfor a drink. This location could push twice the business it already does if you simply staffed it. Read more
I came in Close to V day,I asked for a Grande Cloud Macchiato.Let me tell you it was a tad strong but really good over all.Staff... was very friendly. They did not have Cakepops made(could have been the time . NOT SURE). Mostly clean could have been cleanerover all minimum rating is a 3.5 Highest was 4.0. Read more

I'm a Google Local Guide and to answer questions about the location, the cashier had to call her manager. She didn't even know... if they have booster seats! They have high chairs though. Can't comment on the food as they were closed when I showed up, butthere is a clean seating area with comfortable chairs and couches and high-definition televisions. The grocery store that it islocated within offers free WiFi. Read more
One of the worst coffee shops ever. Of course they didn't have what I wanted so I get something else and it tastes awful. Will... never stop here again, and would recommend anyone to. Read more
