I was in a group of 9. Everyone rcvd their meal but me. The waitress did not let me know where my meal was for a good 5 to 10... min. It took 15 min for my lunch to come out after everyone else. I ordered in the middle of the group. Well the food was verygood and hot when it came out. Read more
Pretty nice restaurant. I would give this restaurant 5 stars if it wasn't for a few details. But the food is very good with... flavor of the Rueben I've never tasted before. The restaurant was clean enough and the decor was nice for a cosy feeling.Service from my waitress (Mackenna) was friendly and inviting. The restaurant even had brand new menus. All this and more makethis a great restaurant. We were passing through on our way home to Des Moines and came across Jones County Local on Google. So glad we decided to stop!!... We Loved everything about this place! The atmosphere was great, our waitress was so nice and prompt and the food was amazing!The restaurant and bathrooms were so clean! You can tell they take pride in cleanliness and we absolutely love that!! The onlydown side is I wish they were closer because I would love a place like this to be my go to place at home. We will definitely goback when we are headed that direction again! 10stars!! Read more
