2022 Summer: 1/5 -waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line and it barely moved, left the line, parked, got into the store and... waited another 5 minutes and that line did not move (no one even talked to the lady in front). Morning staff is great. Afternoon staff is lacking. Management should attend here in the late afternoon/evenings. The line is... always long. Mobile orders are ignored (10+ minute wait; one older lady in line with me for mobile waited 25 minutes betweenordering and receiving a drink and cookie). Never been to such a dirty location ?????????????? flies, crumbs on chairs, garbage and food on a couple tables, half eaten... bagels on floor????Surprising, never seen Tim?s like this! This is the best Tim Horton's location ever! The manager was working the drive-through and just randomly said my order was free... of charge and wished me a happy Canada day. Service has always been great at this location - I've been coming here for over10-years. Read more
I love going to Tim Hortons but lately it has been absolutely disgraceful. I normally order a bagel lightly toasted and I get... burnt. Since when is burnt lightly toasted? Worst branch of Tim Hortons ever, always long waiting time and always ordering errors. I was there today at around 5 pm, was... only me, no more customers, they could not accept my order, they said that I was talking incomprehensibly, I had never such anexperience in other branches, I think that any immigrants should be treated with respect and understanding. And in this branchto neglect customers. Made an order at the window, waited a very long time for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. As a result, theygave me wrong sandwiches that I ordered, I only saw when I arrived home and opened the package. And I paid for full portions,they put half a portion. The service is terrible. Angry face. I bought 10 timbits they charged me $2.99 but the price list is $2.49. I told her $2.49... why you charged me $2.99. She said that's the computer setup.
