Sincerely one of the most disappointingly slow restaurants I have ever been to. I believe the SHORTEST wait time I've ever had... at this location was approximately 20 minutes, and there was one time a couple months back where we sat at the drive thru, whereit took about 10 minutes to take our order, then we proceeded to be stuck at the window for 15 minutes (!!!) before they eventook our payment, then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our food. What the hell is going on here? I'm serious. Do youhave a literal Blackberry reading off a text message managing this place? Read more
We stopped in for a nice chicken salad bowl and ice tea. Good food and only 200 calories!
The last few times I've visited, I've had to wait and go looking for the gal to take my order. Every time she's in the back... conversing with a fellow co-workerd. The place needs a GOOD cleaning too! Shoes stick to floor which seem to have been moppedwith year old dirty water!! Read more
We found a piece of what looks like mulch or petrified chicken in our sandwich. When we went to the store to advise the manager... and ask for a replacement, the General Manager Todd was extremely rude and reluctant. We work in the food industry andunderstand mistakes happen but this was a contaminate the store should be aware of. Instead we were treated very poorly likejust another customer complaining to complain. The issue still does not feel resolved after having to demand a full refund dueto the complete unprofessionalism from the manager and the eagerness to ignore the issue and pass it off as no big deal. My little family has Covid right now. My mother-in-law ordered Panera for us for dinner and had it delivered. I was so grateful... because neither my husband or I had the strength to make anything. When we got it it was delivered no contact so I didn?t haveto stress about spreading sickness and when we ate it the word that kept coming to mind was ?exceptional?. We got the Mac andcheese, bread, and chicken noodle soup. The kids are asking for it again. Read more
They did not provide me with the food I paid for and did not provide a receipt. Got home missing items on a standard sandwich... as well as condiments. I know getting help is tough but having to wait 45 min + in the drive thru and it wasn't that busy is absolutely nuts. That kind... of wait time for two items in poor management. I could have sat down somewhere ordered and left in that amount of time at a sitdown. Read more
