I just did a pickup today. but fast, phenomenal service as always. I love their Hawaiian pizza and boneless wings!
The first time I came here I was surprised by how I was ignored. The staff could clearly see me and I could see my pizza sitting... there. I thought I must have just had bad luck with someone having a bad day. I tried again with the same problem except thistime the pizza was 30 minutes late. That?s when I checked reviews and saw this is a systematic problem. This comes down to poormanagement. Domino?s does an amazing job greeting you and helping. And their pizza is always on time. Great food, but the timing is terrible. I ordered a scheduled pick up for wings, a calzone(s) and small breadsticks. The order... was placed at 5:30 for a 6:45 pick up time. I got here at 7 and they haven?t even started my food. Now I?m stuck waiting in theparking lot for another 15-20 min waiting for my food that should?ve already been ready. The whole point of a scheduled pick upis to have your food by that time. The only excuse they gave was they got really busy. But doesn?t scheduled pick ups comefirst?
