I just did a pickup today. but fast, phenomenal service as always. I love their Hawaiian pizza and boneless wings!
The first time I came here I was surprised by how I was ignored. The staff could clearly see me and I could see my pizza sitting... there. I thought I must have just had bad luck with someone having a bad day. I tried again with the same problem except thistime the pizza was 30 minutes late. That?s when I checked reviews and saw this is a systematic problem. This comes down to poormanagement. Domino?s does an amazing job greeting you and helping. And their pizza is always on time. The thing is I want to tryother pizza places. I won?t be trying Cottage Inn again even if I like the pizza. Read more
Great food, but the timing is terrible. I ordered a scheduled pick up for wings, a calzone(s) and small breadsticks. The order... was placed at 5:30 for a 6:45 pick up time. I got here at 7 and they haven?t even started my food. Now I?m stuck waiting in theparking lot for another 15-20 min waiting for my food that should?ve already been ready. The whole point of a scheduled pick upis to have your food by that time. The only excuse they gave was they got really busy. But doesn?t scheduled pick ups comefirst? Like what?s the point of it if you aren?t going to honor it. Very disappointed. Read more
This is some of the best pizza I've had. Super impressed with the quality of the ingredients, particularly the produce and... cheese; all toppings, including salads had delicious and FRESH produce. Read more
I have seen some of the bad reviews and I think that these are somewhat biased. Hungry people that are drunk/on a long trip tend... to think that they are being taken advantage of or being forsaken. Realistically places are busy on the weekends. Realisticallyplaces are short staffed after Covid. If you think you can expect service industry people to cater to your every need in such aminute window, then go to a hotel with a kitchen in the suite. The price difference is about the same after you account forthings you bring/buy to make dinner. This is a great franchise/company that has served me well over 30 years on and off. I'velived around the country (USA) and had many pizza chains of similar level help me out. This one just happens to be from my hometown. If the place isn't doing what you want after Covid, you might actually be the problem, not the people workingthere. Enjoy the great pizza and lower your expectations of service staff wiping your butt for low pay. I do not work for thiscompany, I have never worked for this company. I just think that most people need to get there "stuff" together and stop blamingthe little guys for a warm pizza. Read more
Pizza was ordered at 11:20 with a 12:00 delivery time. I called at 12:30 only to be told it's "on its way". Finally at 12:50 (90... minutes) it arrived at room temperature and required me to heat it up. Please avoid the inconvenience and go elsewhere. Cottage Inn is by far the best pizza around. I've never had a bad pizza there. Just be aware if you're visiting this specific... location: we always end up waiting another 10-20 minutes on top of our scheduled pickup time. I know that everyone is shortstaffed. And I'm definitely not complaining. Just trying to get the word out there. Our pizza was hot and super fresh. Alwaysmade exactly how we want. Read more
Pizza is good when you can get it. They aren't honest with their delivery or pickup estimates about 50% of the time. Eventually... canceled my order tonight after waiting nearly 2 hours. Was never given an honest update when I called to check and see if itwas perhaps delivered incorrectly, they suggested I pick it up. Then called back to see if I could still pick it up and theysaid to expect at least another 40 minutes? Read more
