I have eaten there many times and it has always been good. We ate there on Sunday for lunch and all of our food was lukewarm and... cool. I told the waiter and he just said I'm sorry. not sure if the help was different in the kitchen or what? Read more
Our server?s name was Alexis and even though I understand places being understaffed, there were just basic things that she never... did for us. We weren?t given silverware or napkins, we had to wave at another employee right after our food arrived. We sawother servers walk by our table but barely ever saw her. She never even took away our empty, dirty plates from our appetizers.Our appetizer AND beer took almost an hour to reach us, and the restaurant wasn?t even a full house. Alexis did approach usabout refilling our beer during their last call (we came in during late hours), but never communicated that that also meant thekitchen was closing. We asked to order a dessert and that was when she finally told us the kitchen was closed. She did give us acoupon for a free appetizer next time, but it just seems like a coverup solution as she was barely checking on us during ourtime there. Read more

If you thought you had a one off bad experience here it wasn't. Everything seems like someone poured water over it. Your food... will be late.
