I?m a regular at caribou. Today? they had it all wrong. A man came in and accidentally grabbed my drink. Walked out the door... took a sip of my coffee, came back in. See what she's doing? Steaming more milk ... What's happening is I've ordered an extra large drink - something new. And since... each drink has a certain amount of milk and coffee and chocolate there is an innate ability one hones to get that right toensure that the customers ordered beverage is ultimately correct. SHE DID PERFECTLY. Even the amount needed to top off thebeverage was very minimal yet she still poured the correct amount to steam it so that she wouldn't burn it. PERFECT. I try tobe as objective as possible when it comes to Caribou but having worked for them in the ancient past I'm extremely critical ofeverything they do - the cost is a driving factor as well.
