Our server?s name was Alexis and even though I understand places being understaffed, there were just basic things that she never... did for us. We weren?t given silverware or napkins, we had to wave at another employee right after our food arrived. We sawother servers walk by our table but barely ever saw her. She never even took away our empty, dirty plates from our appetizers.Our appetizer AND beer took almost an hour to reach us, and the restaurant wasn?t even a full house. Alexis did approach usabout refilling our beer during their last call (we came in during late hours), but never communicated that that also meant thekitchen was closing. We asked to order a dessert and that was when she finally told us the kitchen was closed. She did give us acoupon for a free appetizer next time, but it just seems like a coverup solution as she was barely checking on us during ourtime there. Read more

The wait and bar... staff are extremely friendly, and the happy hour appetizers hit harder than anything else on the menu. If you thought you had a one off bad experience here it wasn't. Everything seems like someone poured water over it. Your food... will be late. If you make anyone aware of issues in honest to try and help them have better service you're treated poorly. Otherapplebees are great but when it comes to this one save your money Read more
Applebee's is Applebee's.... but what we really enjoyed about our visit was our server! Tiara was on it, she was attentive,... kind, friendly. She actually checked on us halfway through, to see how we were doing. I cannot remember the last time thathappened. You can tell she is old school- and prioritized customer experience and service. She recommended menu items and helpedus make our choices (I needed a side substitute). She was great. We will be back just to see her! Read more

Large mainstay chain keeps me coming back. May not have that ?made from scratch? feel but overall quality makes a decent meal... at a reasonable price. Soft padded booths, chairs and tables decorated with local and National sports memorabilia makes this astep above the average sports bar. Has a comfortable feel. We like to take advantage of their on-going 2 for $22 deal, with achoice of appetizers or Caesar salads and 2 entrees. First was a good portion of their honey barbecue boneless chicken wings. In the eyes of a wings connoisseur may not pass muster but we find them enjoyable. Our entrees were the always-go-to OrientalChicken salad and the never-tried-before Fiesta Lime chicken. On the Oriental Salad, a good portion of crispy breaded chickentenders over a bed of fresh Asian greens, rice noodles and almonds tossed in an Oriental vinaigrette. A breadstick comes withit. Fiesta Lime Chicken is an ample size zesty lime glazed, grilled chicken breast smothered in tangy Mexi-ranch and meltedcheddar cheese. Served on a bed of crispy tortilla strips and a side of Spanish rice and house made pico de gallo. Good flavorwith a little kick. Collin was our go-to-guy and he was on his game. Came out here for veterans Day, And even though it was a free meal, everybody was wonderful! The place was packed, but service... was quick, staff was friendly and it was an enjoyable time. Definitely going here again! Read more
