I?m a regular at caribou. Today? they had it all wrong. A man came in and accidentally grabbed my drink. Walked out the door... took a sip of my coffee, came back in. Said this isn?t my order- gave it back to the girl. She put on a new lid and yelled outmy name. Not knowing I was watching the whole thing. Hold up you?re kidding me right.. I said ummm no?. Great coffee and they sell whole beans. They will grind beans for you at no extra cost.
See what she's doing? Steaming more milk ... What's happening is I've ordered an extra large drink - something new. And since... each drink has a certain amount of milk and coffee and chocolate there is an innate ability one hones to get that right toensure that the customers ordered beverage is ultimately correct. SHE DID PERFECTLY. Even the amount needed to top off thebeverage was very minimal yet she still poured the correct amount to steam it so that she wouldn't burn it. PERFECT. I try tobe as objective as possible when it comes to Caribou but having worked for them in the ancient past I'm extremely critical ofeverything they do - the cost is a driving factor as well. Caribou always has good coffee. It wasn't too busy, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Very grateful of my experience the other day!!
