The shake machine had been broken for almost a month witch they said had been fixed so today @12:40 I tried to order a Lg.Choc.... Milkshake and the machine was in "Heat Mode" witch is what I was told. Well due to my experience as fast food Management for 41/2 year I know for a Fact that you schedule the cleaning of the machine at close or near closing and that In turn sets your"Heat Cycle".So long Story Short this needs to be addressed A.S.A.P. I have been sitting in line for almost 30 minutes. They are literally taking one order, filling it then taking the next. If I... didn't have very hungry kids I would leave immediately. There is ZERO excuse for being this slow. FINALLY got to the window.Took 3 minutes before anyone answered the bell. Gave them my order and the girl didn't take it down. Someone else had to doit. Got to the window and NO buckets for the kids meals. They could have had the courtesy to tell me at the speaker, but NO. Sonow I plan on making a call to corporate because there was no reason for anything that happened. McDonald's is pathetic. Not asingle one is worth visiting. Read more
I never go to McDonald's except to get kids French fries.(because I was given a solid green molded bun one time and they didn't... do anything about that) Today I went to get kids a basket of fries, sign said $3.00. Got to window and they charged me $3.99plus tax. I ask the girl about it and she said, "I don't know, I'm new." I ask if there was a manager, was totally ignored andclosed the window. I then ask the person at pickup window and she said, the sign says $3.00 but they are $3.99. I know, it'sonly a dollar and change more but thought whatever it says on sign, that's what they should charge. Will be going elsewhere forfries. Read more
Drive thru was down to one lane on a Sunday at lunch time. The amount of time we sat at the window was excessive as well. Very... uncharacteristic of this location but things like this are becoming more normal there. Read more
Ordering was a bit of a challenge as the worker at the speaker couldn't hear me order. They did repeat the order to make sure it... was correct and they did give the correct food to us at the second window. The line for the drive thru was long but only onelane was open. Overall, I'm satisfied with this visit. Good job guys! Read more
