Bravo to sommelier. 3 perfect wine selections for our table. Salmon, tenderloin, rib eye and short rib all perfectly prepared.... Full flavor realized from the 72 hour prep of the short rib. Desserts rounded out the meal with a new spin on chocolate coveredtiramisu and heart warming bread pudding. Post dinner drinks in bar complete w the original Bloody Mary (aka Red Snapper). Recently stayed in the hotel and received a credit for breakfast at the hotel. The food is completely overpriced for aspen and... very subpar. An egg sandwich is 28 bucks with no sides. The service was ok 2 days, 1 day it was great, and the last day it wasbad. If you are not getting a Marriott perk do not eat here. Go just about anywhere else in town. Breakfast only experience.
