Bravo to sommelier. 3 perfect wine selections for our table. Salmon, tenderloin, rib eye and short rib all perfectly prepared.... Full flavor realized from the 72 hour prep of the short rib. Desserts rounded out the meal with a new spin on chocolate coveredtiramisu and heart warming bread pudding. Post dinner drinks in bar complete w the original Bloody Mary (aka Red Snapper). Recently stayed in the hotel and received a credit for breakfast at the hotel. The food is completely overpriced for aspen and... very subpar. An egg sandwich is 28 bucks with no sides. The service was ok 2 days, 1 day it was great, and the last day it wasbad. If you are not getting a Marriott perk do not eat here. Go just about anywhere else in town. Breakfast only experience. This was an excellent experience despite the pandemic! The food was excellent, which is what you would expect from a hotel of... this calibur. The dining room had an excellent atmosphere, with an intimate ambiance that suits the experience well. What reallystood out was the level of personal service that you receive. Some dishes were amazing, others just okay. For example, the ceasar salad was pretty mediocre. Great drinks! Our friend had to... send back his steak twice... 1st time steak was over cooked... 2nd time was almost raw. He ended up ordering something else.They did remove the dish from the bill.
