Went to Chick-fil-A this morning and ordered a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich and hash browns. I asked for honey and ketchup. I... didn?t check my bag as I should have. Got to work and only had a sandwich in my bag. I had strawberry jelly and no honey. Notsure why the operator Alex did not get this right. It was a very simple order. I had placed a Delivery order for breakfast over an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. It was supposed to be delivered... at 10:18. I check the app and it still wasn't even made and was showing 11:30 delivery. I called the store and they put me onhold to tell me they are going to talk to a driver and see about having my ordered delivered. The phone call drops and I callagain and get someone else and they told me they cancelled my order even though it still shows pending in the app. Not happythat I waited over an hour for a delivery that didn't happen and was told to wait that they were going to talk to a driver thenI call back and they tell me they cancelled my ordered. My food was hot & ready. Cashier who took my order was very patient & polite. And the store was cleaned when I observed.... Everybody was wearing masks. And Everybody was busy. Keep up the good work. I placed a curbside order for my family of 4. I realized that only one of our 4 orders was correct. I spoke with an employee who... agreed to correct it. I then received a ?corrected? bag of food. I checked the bag and noticed that it was now missing an item.Upon finally getting home with the correct food I found that all the drink cups were leaking and had left a puddle on my seat. Read more
I frequent this location because they?re convenient and I know I?m getting ready to eat the food but presentation is everything... to me and for some reason whenever I get my food from here it?s always looking crazy, like it?s just thrown together IDK if theyneed more training on how to prepare food or if they need more staff because they?re too busy IDK but I never have this problemat any other Chick-fil-A location. Stay away from this location ! !! The service has gotten real bad! We waited and watched people shuffling behind the counter for... over 15 minutes without even taking an order. I talked to people who where waiting for 30 minutes from the time they ordered toreceiving the food. When confronting the employees to the problem they seemed lost. I ask the girl behind the register why shewasn?t taking orders she simple told me she was not assigned to do something else. I took pictures of her for over 20minutesdoing nothing.This is the second time I?ve had this experience at this location. This location is obviously under poormanagement. Read more
I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, the original was too salty and the spicy one was a little salty, but delicious. I recommend to... eat spicy chicken sandwich! In terms of taste and staffs, I would like to give 4 stars, but the reason I only give 3 stars isbecause I placed an online order in advance and went to pick it up, but even when I arrived at the store, I had to wait over 20minutes to receive it. Also the shake I ordered was missing so I had to wait again. Rather, I saw the person who came to thestore after I arrived and placed an order completed first. Billy N from this location is amazing. I wanted to order the spicy grilled chicken sandwich with the cilantro lime sauce. Billy... N kindly let me know that that was a seasonal item. Totally understabdable. I ordered the fried spicy deluxe chicken sandwichunderstandable.
