At first when we ordered a dozen donuts, they were kind of small. They were almost miniature donuts. When the person I was with... asked about the donuts not being the right size, one of the workers snapped back and said that they were the right size. Westarted to get a refund but one of the other workers came up to the counter and said that she would make another batch fresh andgive us those. She actually made our day. She was extremely helpful and accommodating despite the attitude from the otherworker. Read more

Went in for the limited edition Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnut and an original glazed. Wasn?t impressed with the Cinnamon Toast... Where is the customer service? The donuts were definitely not hot and ready though the sign was lit, but whatever. Cold donuts... are aright too. I had only one. The inside was dirty and the customer service was non existent. No decaf coffee. Opted for regcoffee and it was like I was asking for her paycheck. The coffee was not good. They were not exactly rude but they definitelynot doing jobs they enjoy. I hope they all find the right employment and I hope this place finds better employees. I will visitanother location but it will be awhile. Updated review when I go back. Hopefully to different staff. Read more
I have come to expect when the hot light is on... You actually get hot donuts. "hot and fresh" donuts came out of a warming... drawer. Not really hot or fresh. Not to mention the donuts were smaller than any other Krispy Kreme location I have seen. I'mnot sure what is going on at this location but it is not up to the standard I have seen in other locations in other states. Notto mention the ridiculous "exact change" policy. Employees should not scold customers for not knowing their ridiculous policy. Read more
