I ordered through the app and went in to pick it up. Second time in a row I had to ask for my drink that came with my meal and... wait. Food was good, but it's awkward when you hear employees talk down to one another in front of you. Read more

Going through the drive through, and the guy working the first window pulls my card out of the machine and walks away with it.... When he finally got back to the window, minutes later, I chewed him out for it. His excuse was he didn't want to leave it therebecause the manager asked him a question. Then, once I finally got my order, there were no silverware or napkins (for nachos).If any unexpected charges show up on my card, I'll know exactly who did it. Read more
Lady behind the counter was cussing and rambling on about how bad her job was. She was actively on her phone while we were... waiting for food.
