I understand they are short staffed, I understand there was something going wrong. I don't understand a manager shouting at... customers that they have to use the kiosk. 2nd time I've been to this location and told "we have to close. " the first time itwas the lobby, the second the whole store. I don't need taco bell that bed. Read more
Going through the drive through, and the guy working the first window pulls my card out of the machine and walks away with it.... When he finally got back to the window, minutes later, I chewed him out for it. His excuse was he didn't want to leave it therebecause the manager asked him a question. Then, once I finally got my order, there were no silverware or napkins (for nachos).If any unexpected charges show up on my card, I'll know exactly who did it. Read more
Lady behind the counter was cussing and rambling on about how bad her job was. She was actively on her phone while we were... waiting for food. I understand being frustrated but keep the negative language out of a restaurant with kids around. She wasmanagement she was going off on the other employees as well. Read more
The tacos still taste good, but the problem is I live 12 miles from Taco Bell and by the time I get home they are just soaked... through and falling apart. You wind up eating them with a fork because they're so messy. A few years back I live the samedistance and that never happened, so I'm figuring that it's thinner shells or something. They never asked you if you want anysauce and half the time I forget so I wind up at home with none. Read more
I mean I sit waiting for the guy at the first window to take payment while he eats and drinks clearly not talking to anyone. Go... to the second window they snap that I have to back up and pay at the first window which I can't since there's a line of cars. Iwas later told it's so their timer doesn't start and they don't get in trouble for long wait times. Rarely get the right food inthe right amount. I think it's gotten worse since they removed KFC. The pandemic wasn't kind to TB. Long wait times and inaccurate orders were common. After the removal of KFC, an updated building... promised a new start. Unfortunately inaccurate orders made my visit less than satisfactory. Read more
If i could rate zero i would.. opened up a hard shell taco to find everything literally out side the shell wrapped like that!
