Ordered ahead on the mobile app for curbside. Got there, parked, and waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually it started... raining. They were busy, and I felt bad for making someone come out in the rain, so I went inside to get my food. After waitingmore than 20 minutes in curbside, I waited 10 more minutes at the counter while several employees looked at me and never cameover to acknowledge me. At one point, one of the employees was talking to a different employee and said, I'm not taking thatcurbside order. They can wait. The manager came out at one point, looked at the line in the lobby, asked where the cashier wasat one of the employees who was fastidiously ignoring the line, and then disappeared again. The building itself is new and looks great. The service basically sucks. Last time I went to the window, the guy who gave me my... food basically just stuck the bag out and didn't say a word. Planned for that to be the last time for me BUT my wife asked for achicken biscuit. I ordered and they pretty much ignored me after that.
