My family and I went out for brunch, ordered on the kiosk in the restaurant, half of my food was made wrong and when I... complained I was told that I ordered incorrectly even though my receipt showed exactly what I wanted and the correct way it wasto be made. So just curious as to when my training was supposed to start because if you put cashiers back on the front end totake orders as they should and provide customer service then they wouldn't have the opportunity to say that the customer orderedwrong. Also don't trust any good reviews from this place because they're also offering discounts if you let the employee do thesurvey on your phone while you wait for your order. Absolutely the rudest employees I?ve ever seen. Food was stone cold and the employee threw my husbands food at him because he... didn?t pull around to the front not a soul was in line other than us. The only reason they have you pull around is to save drivethru time and they need to be held accountable for the SLOW service they provide.
