Ordered ahead on the mobile app for curbside. Got there, parked, and waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually it started... raining. They were busy, and I felt bad for making someone come out in the rain, so I went inside to get my food. After waitingmore than 20 minutes in curbside, I waited 10 more minutes at the counter while several employees looked at me and never cameover to acknowledge me. At one point, one of the employees was talking to a different employee and said, I'm not taking thatcurbside order. They can wait. The manager came out at one point, looked at the line in the lobby, asked where the cashier wasat one of the employees who was fastidiously ignoring the line, and then disappeared again. Our food finally came up to thecounter with all the ice melted in the drinks and every burger made wrong. This was our first time at this location and it willbe our last. Read more
The building itself is new and looks great. The service basically sucks. Last time I went to the window, the guy who gave me my... food basically just stuck the bag out and didn't say a word. Planned for that to be the last time for me BUT my wife asked for achicken biscuit. I ordered and they pretty much ignored me after that. 4 years later and this McDonald's has went to s**t. They are so slow and take forever to get food out. Once I ordered an iced... coffee and fries and it took them 20 minutes just to get it and that was AFTER reminding them that I was still waiting.Absolutely unacceptable. And today I ordered curbside pick up and waiting 30 minutes before having to go inside and the girlclaimed that she "didn't know that it was a curbside pick up" yeah okay. I guess intelligence isn't a requirement to work atMcDonald's. But everyone knows that. Read more
A very bad experience, we ordered curbside and it took 20 MINS. And the food wasn?t even good it was very cold, and I ordered a... large fry and they over killed it with the salt. They trying to make me have high blood pressure or something. And then theyclaim there ice cream machine was out of order and so. Will definitely NOT do curbside again & customer service extremely poor. Read more
For fast food this place is slower than a regular restaurant. I can go sit down at the American and have my food apps and dinner... faster than it takes to just get your order taken. AND YOU PROPLE WANT $15 DOLLARS AN HOUR. 38 minutes and still waiting to getmy order taken. What a joke. Read more
