My family and I went out for brunch, ordered on the kiosk in the restaurant, half of my food was made wrong and when I... complained I was told that I ordered incorrectly even though my receipt showed exactly what I wanted and the correct way it wasto be made. So just curious as to when my training was supposed to start because if you put cashiers back on the front end totake orders as they should and provide customer service then they wouldn't have the opportunity to say that the customer orderedwrong. Also don't trust any good reviews from this place because they're also offering discounts if you let the employee do thesurvey on your phone while you wait for your order. The employee was extremely rude and defensive and proceeded to try to argueand make excuses when I asked to have the incorrect items replaced.. Read more

I ordered online because my husband and I were on lunch break. We get there and the drive thru girl was very rude. Didn't... apologize for not telling me they had an item and just let me pay for it and just gives me something else. I see why taco bellhas such a low rating. They need to get things right and have better employees Read more

First off, I love Taco Bell and can still remember getting OK food here. Lately, the quality of food is unacceptable! We were... excited and so very disappointed at our order. Crunchy items were cold, soggy and falling apart. As you can see from pictures, we didn't get a hat we paid for. I get that money is tight. Which is why I will be spending mine somewhere different. Absolutely the rudest employees I?ve ever seen. Food was stone cold and the employee threw my husbands food at him because he... didn?t pull around to the front not a soul was in line other than us. The only reason they have you pull around is to save drivethru time and they need to be held accountable for the SLOW service they provide. You will get your food much faster if you stayat the window? beware though? they throw food. We will never be back. Read more

Horrible customer service. Waiting 45 minutes in an empty restaurant for fast food is unacceptable. I knew I was in for a wait... when the customer before me wished me luck as he left with his order. I would have walked out but my order was prepaid throughthe app. NEVER again. Read more

Been to this Taco Bell twice within a month both times having to wait over 20 minutes to not even get a order placed because... they didn?t know how long it was gonna be for them to finish making the rest of the orders service is horrible here. Both time?shaving to go without lunch I?m sitting in line waiting too long and that was at the Intercom where I would repeat asking howmuch longer will it be. Read more

I am a supporter of African culture, I can appreciate the yelling and screaming behind the scenes while getting the job done.... But the job isnt getting done well at all! Also as an Afro American Native person who knows Mexican Cuisine(yes I know..itsTaco Bell ????) I can say that a black Woman should know how to put together a darn Taco.
