Been ordering pizza from this location for the past 5 years. Tried to order today and was told I was banned from ordering pizza.... I mean who gets banned from ordering pizza. I was not given explanation as to why. Every time I order, I pay online, they takemy money I pick up my pizza from the window. Never an issue. If you ban me from ordering at least have an explanation as to thepossible misunderstanding. Sure there are other pizza places around I can order from, but that?s not how you treat a loyalcustomer of over 6 years. Do better Pappavitos. Do better. Walked in to ask for an explanation but none of your workers wereable to give me an explanation or tell when we this supposed order was not paid for. The only order that was not picked up waslast December and that was because my whole family was in a car wreck which a family friend called to cancel the order.
