Been ordering pizza from this location for the past 5 years. Tried to order today and was told I was banned from ordering pizza.... I mean who gets banned from ordering pizza. I was not given explanation as to why. Every time I order, I pay online, they takemy money I pick up my pizza from the window. Never an issue. If you ban me from ordering at least have an explanation as to thepossible misunderstanding. Sure there are other pizza places around I can order from, but that?s not how you treat a loyalcustomer of over 6 years. Do better Pappavitos. Do better. Walked in to ask for an explanation but none of your workers wereable to give me an explanation or tell when we this supposed order was not paid for. The only order that was not picked up waslast December and that was because my whole family was in a car wreck which a family friend called to cancel the order. The food is usually good but this time the pizza was soggy. Friendly atmosphere and convenient location.
The online menu prices are not accurate.. The couple things I ordered were 1 1/2x what's listed online. Was a bit shocked when... told $22.xx for a salad & garlic bread. It's gd for but for that amount of money, I can get the ingredients myself & haveenough for multiple meals. Read more
Papa Vito's is awesome. I love their pizza, love their sandwiches. They always have good service. I'm glad they have 2... locations in Belleville and hope they never leave. If you visited town and had to eat at one local place, this would be anexcellent choice. Read more
The food is pretty good but there are two issues that need to be resolved before it can be a 5 star experience. First of all,... it's really bad that every single salad has meat in it. Crazy to not have at least a vegetarian garden salad or something!Secondly, you really urgently need to have a side for the sandwiches, such as French fries. If you can get fries and avegetarian salad, id come by a lot more often! Read more
