We got two large coollattas and when I went to put them in my cupholders both lids just fell off and spilled much of the... drinks/whip cream in my car. I had to have my car detailed and the carpet shampooed because of this. The lids were not put-onproperly because they looked defective. The employee said sorry and made me two new ones and we both tested the lids. Got on theroad and tried our drinks and they were both disgusting, something must have been wrong with the machine. I let customer serviceknow about the problem and asked for a refund. I was told the owner/manager would reach out to me. That has not happened in thepast 6 months. Zero customer service. I won't be visiting this franchise again. Read more

As far as Dunkin?(s) go - well, it was fine. I do wish that they had a drive/thru though; would visit far more frequently.

My husband ordered the avocado toast with bacon. To my surprise I noticed that the bacon was not fully cooked. I stopped my... husband from eating it and immediately returned it to show them. Not for another one, or a refund, but to say that you can?tserve pork that is not fully cooked. It can potentially make someone sick. It?s not the server?s fault. Your average Dunks. Fairly clean. My sandwhich took a little bit of time, but it was nice and hot. My iced coffee was decent as... well. Considering it looked like there were only 2 people on duty, I really can't complain. Read more

I was excited to have this new option on my commute. I?m also not a frequent complainer. However, 2 of 3 times I visited the... store had issues coordinating with the app ?one time they said I couldn?t redeem a drink voucher, another they overcharged mefor an item (which has still not been resolved). Both times, an employee told me it was my fault and they couldn?t help me, eventhough I use the app all the time and these problems were only at that location. The store may also be understaffed, as theemployees were surprisingly snippy and I heard folks behind the counter loudly complaining every time I went in. Read more
