If you don't know what flavor donut you want, I would go to another location. Tried to go to this location twice recently and... both times, the lobby has been locked. The drive thru at this location was not planned very well and is not convenient,especially if there is a long line. So sometimes, it's more convenient to go inside. I don't always know what I want and thetimes I have used the drive thru, they were out of the donut I wanted. If your short staffed, then post a notice on the door asto why your lobby is not open. Don't just lock the door and force everyone to use the drive thru. Read more
got what i ordered quickly but they forgot my coldfoam on my coffee and then said that i never ordered it and that i would cost... extra 70 cents so i got upset and left. Also their drivethrough speaker is horrible and they can barley hear you. Read more

I order through the app and this location locks the door and forces everyone to go through the drive-thru. Very inconvenient... when you?re picking up a mobile order and have to wait for everyone to order in the drive thru first. Not to mention today therewere multiple people working in the store and yet they still locked the door. Terrible service. Read more
I never had a favorite Dunkin Donuts location before but this one by far is the best I've been to. The staff are all great and... super friendly. They even have chocolate chip muffins and finding a chocolate chip muffin at a Dunkin Donuts nowadays is almostlike looking for a unicorn! They make their coffee really good, probably the best in the area out of other nearby locations. Idrive past 2 other Dunkin Donuts locations to get to this one, but it's worth it. Read more

I asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich & clearly they read the order back to me that clearly said no egg. But when I got my... sandwich there was egg on it. I had to pull over to take it out and throw it away before I could continue on my journey. Whichadded more time to my trip. I cannot eat eggs which is why I told them no egg. Period. It?s Pretty frustrating when you ordersomething customized and the order was clarified by the order taker but you still don?t get it the way you order it. Read more
If I could give this no stars I would. This is the closest location near my job and according to their updated times they open... at 4am. On numerous occasions I pass at 530ish and purchase through the app and it?s closed. Once I came and female employeetried to nag me for ordering through the app and arriving ?too soon? and I proceeded to tell her that it would be the same if Iordered at the voice box. I don?t understand the audacity to be upset over a long wait/line yet I?ve seen them rushing in at 5?! Do better by arriving 15 minutes before opening so you have everything ready at 4. Read more
