This place is awful. No one pays attention, the hot coffee is cold and old, you get sugar when you tell them no sugar, and it's... everytime I go here. I'll never go to this place again. I'll be going to the other dunkin 3 min up the street. Read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I was there 1 week ago, ordered a sandwich and coffee and left. Started eating on my drive... home and almost choked on a piece of plastic in my sandwich. Rather than get a lawyer and be all sue happy I contactedcorporate, they put me in contact with the area manager...he offered a refund and gave an apology ???????. Needless to say Iwill not be going to ANY dunkin ever again....I used to be a daily customer too ???????. To be honest I probably would have beenhappy with like a $50-100 gift card or something but now they lost all my service Read more

I wish I could give a half a star. This Dunkin has no inventory at any given time. Sometimes they have zero bagels sometimes... it?s no donuts AT A DONUT PLACE. The people who work there ( always the same 3 people) are all half asleep or could care lessabout their job and they all make the coffee the exact OPPOSITE of how it is requested. When they do actually have the food youwant, it tastes terrible due to lack of quality control. The food is either burnt or soggy, the coffee is always be extreme, waytoo sweet and way too cold or super hot and burnt and bitter. The inconsistency of this branch is ridiculous. I?ve wasted enoughmoney on their bad coffee and inedible food. Who would have thought putting pre made food in an oven was so difficult? I don?tknow who owns this franchise specifically but they need to stop by every once in a while to see how their money is going toWASTE on employees who don?t care or food that they don?t have. Last thing I?m going to say about this branch is I?ve straightup been told they cannot serve me because they ?had only one person working? which is outrageous in it of itself. Read more

This is the only Dunkin Donuts in south jersey that actually gets my Coffee right. They put the right amount of pumps that I ask... for. And not base it off the size of cup. Im impressed keep it up. Oh yea and the wait is basically none. They are super quick Read more

This morning my husband ordered a coffee and hot tea. Once at work he gave the hot tea to his co worker and want to drink his... coffee it was water. Reading the reviews for this location I recommend not to use this Dunkin donuts. Read more

I have been going to Dunkin less and less now of days because the quality has been very poor ( low bean count coffee or ... terrible tasting - missing or wrong items etc. ) and the the price is so high that if I?m going to spend $4-$5 on a coffee I?mgoing to go to Starbucks and know that I?m going to love my coffee EVERY TIME. But today really takes the cake... I decided togo to this Dunkin and just grab and Egg & Cheese on a bagel. When I pulled the sandwich out of the bag, it was cold.. likereally cold. I looked at the sandwich and they literally gave me a cold egg with a cold piece of cheese on an un-toasted bagel.This was my final straw and I will not even try to go to Dunkin anymore. It?s not worth the gamble anymore and who knows whatkind of bacteria or food born illness is growing on their food if the employees don?t even care to toast a sandwich, theyprobably don?t care about proper food handling or sanitation. I ordered a coffee and the snackin bacon. I pulled off, sipped my coffee, then went to eat a piece of bacon, when I noticed it... was cold. I looked in the bag, and noticed all them were cold, you could literally see the fat/lard sitting on top of eachpiece. Because I was omw to work, I didn't have time to go back, so I called to let them know what happened. The associatepreceded to tell me that's how it's supposed to be served, it's not supposed to be hot, and that it's like beef jerky... ????...and sorry not sorry but thats when I lost it. Not only did you give me a ridiculous excuse as to why it was cold, instead ofapologizing, she then when on to a full blown argument with me. Poor customer service is an understatement here, and she claimedshe was the General Manager! Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, and whoever is the owner of thus franchise! I would never want or havesuch an employee as the face/voice of company! Read more
