We love Otto! Their dough is crispy and not too thick. Love the toppings offered. Friendly staff. Can grab pizza by the slice or... the whole thing. Salads are always fresh. This is our go-to pizza place for delivery. Read more
Purchased pizza by the slice to go and someone actually packaged my pizza with a bite in it. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because... I was able to get a refund. The pizza did not look very appetizing to be honest. Read more

So I went in last night around 1130pm on Friday 2/4/22. The only reason I?m putting in a date and time is so the owner know who... worked that day. First of all the pizza was great and the price was reasonable. The lady at the cashier was rude and justgiving attitude for no reason. It was almost like I was bothering her for ordering food. You OTTO NOT try this pizza! First they tried to get me to buy a mushroom pepperoni pizza that was cold. Absolutely... terrible! I'm not sure what prompted me to go in here this evening but it ended up being a huge mistake. Waited to place myorder and took off for 10 minutes. When I returned the new cashier couldn't find my order that hadn't been started. Ended upwaiting almost one hour for a sloppy messy greasy pizza. Read more
Pizza is delicious, but their customer service is atrocious! I needed to call to ask for no cheese on a pizza due to a dairy... allergy, so I called to make the adjustment-as I was unable to add a note on doordash. I called the restaurant 18 (EIGHTEEN)times, to no avail. I also called a different location for assistance, and still could not reach anyone.
