After another establishment in the area canceled our reservation very last minute and left my large party scrambling for a place... to dine, we ended up at The Keg. Beautiful location inside! The waitress was wonderful and things were pretty flawless withtiming because we had part of our party arriving slightly late. The waitress didn’t even bat an eye and accommodated our latearrivals with grace. One steak was unfortunately overcooked, as it was ordered rare and came medium well. One suggestion, whenit’s over 20°C outside, you don’t need the heat blasting in the restaurant! It was quite hot and uncomfortable for some ofus. I had a wonderful experience here tonight. Faith was our server and she was fantastic!! She was kind, personable, professional,... and had great wine recommendations. The food was great as well, my friend and I shared the calamari and it was the best calamariI’ve had in a LONG time. I had the pistachio-crusted salmon and it was cooked perfectly! The food was excellent. What made the meal great was the young lady named Jessica K. that was our server. She was extremely... pleasant and very attentive. We had a nice birthday dinner on the patio last week. The food was well prepared and cooked to our satisfaction. The waiter was... very good and friendly. I had the sirloin steak and fries and it came with some nice roasted vegetables. The patio has some niceshrubs and trees to block the main road so you don't feel like you're sitting next to a busy street. The wine selection isdecent and prices are reasonable. The only downside is how long it takes to pay the bill. We've noticed this is typical at theKeg that they leave the bill and then we wait about 10 minutes to pay. We had to drop our daughter off at the movies and wethought we had plenty of time but we got her there just in time to buy tickets. They may have missed the previews of upcomingmovies but not a big deal. Otherwise we had a great time and we enjoy the food and service at the Keg. We will definitely bereturning for another nice steak dinner. Read more

I can't be completely impartial with my feelings towards any Steak House. We are are spoiled at home to make our own steaks and... meat on different smokers. However our own steaks are a lot better than we got at the Keg. We ordered rib eye and prime ribsteaks. Prime rib was pretty good, tender but blend on my taste. Ribeye should be the best steak (my favorite type) butunfortunately it was very thin and tough. Lots of hard inedible parts which we couldn't be able to cut with steak knive.Service was great and at least we hadn't to pay for this steak (55$)when they noticed something wrong with our face expression.The rest of food was ok, nothing special. Desert was good. I am giving 5 stars for service and 3 stars for food, so 4 starstotal. Read more
We had a large group ~ 12 and initially the restaurant was not sure if they could accommodate us. Angela the manager was... gracious in finding us a space and providing the warm welcome. We were a challenging group as we landed up with 15 people - bothThomas our server and Angela were gracious and got us another table right beside. That is truly appreciated. Food was good - itis a chain restaurant but we felt very welcome and the service makes a difference. The desserts were huge and delicious. Woulddefinitely visit again. Read more
