Temp closed on and off for the past 3 months with most of the time being completely closed. There will be two white sheets of... paper on the side doors telling you that it's temporarily closed for the time being. No dates or times given. So wouldn't wastethe time or the effort trying to get to this one. Read more
Had a delivery today from this location. The pickup instructions set by the restaurant say to pickup the order inside. Last time... I came here, I was able to do just that. So today I park in the lot and make my way to the door. As I try both entrances, 3 carspull i the drive thru. Entrances are locked tight, so I made my way to my car when 2 more cars pulled into the drive thru.Unfortunately, I will not be waiting in a 30 min drive thru for a pickup that?s probably ready. The fries are always fresh/Hot. The shakes are sometimes melty. I love the big straws for the shakes usually for us the shakes... are delicious. The medium fry is really small. The windows are kind of dirty. But overall that steak ?n Shake is great. Butwe?re very sad a lot of them are closing down Read more
Can you stop screwing with the Chili 5-Way? It went from being in a somewhat acceptable sized container to a soup cup, and... there's no way it holds the same amount of food. This is about the 3rd time Steak N Shake has downsized the 5-Way over theyears, and it's legit half the size it originally used to be. Now it looks to be about 25% less than it used to be since thelast downgrade, it's not worth the price at all now. You should either stick it back in the last container you used or lower theprice because there's no way I'm ordering this any more otherwise. Read more
Took 20 minutes to get my order. Got home. Burgers were burnt. Onions were burnt black. Order was wrong. This location always... messes up but we come back once in a while because there isn't many locations left and we used to love steak n shake. Hopefullymanagement steps up or else this one will shut down too. Read more
The employees there on 11/7/2021 made this a horrible experience. Everything about the order was messed up. Not one thing... correct. I order through the app and when I pulled up to pick order 20 minutes layer I was told the order was ready except "wedon't have the chili right now... everything else is ready... please pull around to front." I waited for another 15 minutes whenhe walked out, handed me a heat-sealed bag, and said "the milk shake machine is down and we don't have any chili." I drove todrive thru to order a burger for my wife who was going to eat chili and the employee would not take my order. I repeated manytimes very clearly that I would pay for another burger and he kept saying that the manager would not answer the phone so he didnot know what to do. Fir the sixth time, I said "Just make me a burger I will pay for it." I said the last two loudly enough forother cars to me. When I got home and unsealed the bag, there were no fries, burger was wrong, nothing I ordered on burger wasthere, only half the chicken strips were there, and no sauces for the chicken. Photo shows everything in bag, three chickenstrips and a plain burger for $30! I called to say order was missing more items then what I was told was missing and he hung upon me. Food is always tasty for the most part, they have some of the best shakes & fries. Someone needs to show them how to make Sweet... Tea, every time I have ordered it, it taste like regular tea. The Waitress staff could be a little more professional, my lastvisit our waitress didn't check on us & then we had to ask numerous times for our bill, not sure if they're overworked, but theyneed to pay better attention to their customers in general when eating inside. It may be better to just order take-out or gothrough drive-thru. Read more
Dining room was closed so had to go through drive thru. Was handed incorrect food at the window at first. We had to wait for our... shakes, and when we got them the dairy in the shakes had soured and gave me a stomach ache. I used to love steak and shake. Iwas disappointed. Read more
