Chef Mike was great! We had a girlfriends weekend at the cottage. Chef Mike was brought in to do small plates and they were... delicious. Everyone loved the charcuterie board, the desserts, and the steak was to die for. He arrived early and well prepared,we did not have anything to worry about. Chef Michael Jay always exceeds our expectations in professionalism, knowledge in numerous foods around the world, andis always reasonably priced. We are never disappointed, and enjoy working with him to map out the perfect menu for each event.He is always prompt responding to questions and our guests are never disappointed with our food choices that he meticulouslyputs together!
