Horrible customer service. Order was made wrong and they claimed it was because of the way it had come through to them even... though I had ordered the exact same thing before and it came perfectly. They were not willing to help out and told me I had tocall head office to fix it. Awful, will not order from this location again. I?m only giving it 3 stars because the pizza washalf decent. Food quality is ok. Wait times are a bit long for a place that's supposed to be hot n ready. But there's NEVER been anything hot... n ready and the average wait is 20 minutes. I've tried using their new pizza portal and ordering online ahead of time but then Ishow up and I'm still waiting for it to come out of the oven. Prices are getting high and close comparison to Domino's and otherlocal pizza places. Read more
This is my local Little Caesars and the pizza is always great. I like to ask for a fresh one and wait, and they always... accommodate without hesitation. The guy that is usually there (I think he?s the owner?) is super friendly and makes sure yourpizza is perfect. Thanks for making great pizza!! Read more
They?re consistent at the Brooklin Caesars and treat it like a family business. The pizza is made with proper preparation.... They're nice and the location is new (or at least looks new do to being taken care of). Obviously any hot and ready that wasn'tmade recently will be lukewarm. But that's the luck of the draw with any Caesars, just ask for a fresh one if you have a sec.Wonderful experience! 5/5! Read more
First of all, I'll be straight forward. Little Caesars actually sucks. Normally I love their pizza and crazy bread, but today... their pizza disappointed me and same goes for their crazy bread. Lets start off with their pizza. The pizza was supposed to behot and ready but it took over twenty five minutes! Secondly, the staff weren't even using gloves to make the pizza which isextremely gross and violates the policy. Thirdly the staff were just rude overall. Not to mention their inappropriate behavior.Now lets transition to the crazy bread. I have expertise in making pizza/garlic bread which is pretty similar to crazy bread andI know the crazy bread should not be this soggy. The crazy bread was also fully submerged into the cold oil which disgusted me.There is plenty more to say about this horrible experience, but would not like to waste your time nor my energy. Needless to saydo not order from this Little Caesars location. Thank you for your cooperation, AND to the staff at this location you didterribly and I will never order from this location again.
