The male cashier with glasses looked a little stressed. Couldn't activate my reward card. I would advise him to be more calm.
Not a good ratio of parking to showers. Too much parking for such a small store. I am not sure what the ideal ratio would be,... but definitely more than 5. Pilot should build a second floor for more showers. Please be considerate of others and not spendlonger in the shower than you need. Not longer than you would at home. Read more
I see they have not fixed the issue of the shower heaters and after this being my second time since the beginning on June. I... take notice this issue has being going on longer than 2 months and they have no interest in fixing it . This is not a place topass by. So there was a lady working around 4pm yesterday who was one of the best customer service reps I?ve ever run into at any store.... She totally went over and beyond for me by taking down my phone number and contacting me to follow up with what I needed. Mindyou, I believe they were short staffed but you couldn?t even tell. I?m going to contact corporate as well because she truly getsit. I will be returning solely based off of this experience. Read more
Shower had no hot water, only cold! Last one on left has vent on door that anyone can bend down and see inside! Not much options... for food. Truck stop 1block away has many, many food options and great prices. Read more
Excellent place to come and do a long rest inside I was very nice and clean neat big spaces there's a Subway nice good seats... customer service is good good showers the entrance is right in front of the exit which is extremely helpful so you will not missit good stuff to eat healthy yogurt bananas and small snacks that is very low on calories. Plenty of parking very huge lot half of it is gravel. The Wi-Fi is excellent for the paid one. There is a subway and the subway... made the best sandwich I think any subway has ever made for me. Be inside the store has a lot to offer it's very welcoming cleanand friendly. All of the staff were very nice. The only issue I had was the showers as others say or very small the onlyimprovement and I could see was that. Also in the showers there was no bench or anything for someone to sit to get dressed. I'mgoing to say the only complaint that I have is the way the showers are so small. Other than that this is a very nice Pilot tostay at and I would definitely stay here again. The outside was clean and well taken care of. Everyone here especially Cheyennemy cashier was very very nice here. It's one of those pilots where you want to go back just to have the friendly service thatyou don't see just anywhere. I love this Pilot. Read more
